In the 1920’s, there was a big sensation in the US. Two sisters had photographed fairies flying around flowers in their garden. It was an unbelievable event. The two gave interviews and talked stuff. It was after more than sixty years that one sister revealed the whole thing was a hoax. The fairies were made of paper. Nonetheless they captured public imagination. It was something different and unbelievable, but was revealed a hoax later.

Health, it is rightly said, is wealth. Without good or optimal health, there is little we can do in life and career. Health has been connected to astrology for a long time. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, once said: “A physician without the knowledge of astrology has no right to call himself a physician.”

Astrology is not a modern invention dating back only a few years, it dates back as far as recorded history and has fascinated man ever since.

Astrology is essentially about the interaction between the Planets, the various Signs of the zodiac and how they shape our personalities.

The relationships between all these inputs and their interactions are based on mathematics, and Astrology is the study of these mathematical cycles.

We now get into the meat of astrology. As was mentioned in a previous instalment, it is almost unavoidable that you’re going to walk into a bar or go to a party and somebody is going to ask you, “What’s your sign?” Most people know their sign even if they don’t know anything about astrology. But just in case you don’t, we’re going to do a brief overview of each sign, the birth date range of each and general characteristics associated with each sign.

Because astrological readings can be a chapter in a book alone, for the purposes of this article we’re going to do a very simple and stripped down reading. However, this will give you a good foundation for really getting into depth when doing your own reading.

There is a large population which looks at today’s forecast the first thing in the morning newspaper. Every one of them desires to find out about their day in the columns.
